Employment Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in the Department of Juvenile Justice.  As you may know, the current budget crunch has impacted all of state government and created a hiring freeze.  However, some of our job classifications are exempt and may have current or future openings posted.

We do all of our hiring through the Personnel Cabinet's website.  You may post an application or a resume, research jobs, and create a personalized search for current and future postings.  We have several different entry-level Worker titles; Social Service Worker/Clinician/Specialist for the community and Youth Worker I for positions in our facilities and detention centers.
