State Grants

Community Juvenile Justice Partnership Grant (CJJPG) funds are provided with general fund state dollars to support new delinquency prevention programs and services in local Kentucky communities. These grant funds flow through the eight (8) local Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Councils throughout the state. Councils issue applications to local public and private agencies. Grants are awarded for twelve months. Applicants must reapply for funding each year and funding is contingent upon the program meeting the goals identified in the proposal. Councils may elect to have a designated city or county government, KY DJJ or another public non-profit agency administer the grant.
