Warren Regional Juvenile Detention Center is a high-level male-only facility that houses juveniles charged with Class C felonies or higher. The facility has 43 beds and was opened in 2001.
Warren Regional Juvenile Detention Center offers a variety of different arts programs, and partners with national organizations and local community volunteers. They offer a book club in partnership with the local library and the Shakespeare behind bars programs.

Robert Barron, Facility Manager
Robert Barron has dedicated 24 years to juvenile justice, serving in a variety of leadership roles focused on youth development, facility operations and staff training. He began his career in 2001 as a Youth Worker at Green River Youth Development Center, where he advanced through multiple positions, including Youth Worker Supervisor, Facility PREA Coordinator, Training Instructor and Fiscal Manager.Barron remains committed to treating youth with dignity and respect, emphasizing the importance of recognizing their potential beyond their offenses. He is also a graduate of the CJJA Cohort 12 Program.
